Not happy with your purchase? We will gladly accept your item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ ACCEPTABLE. We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. 

Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit 7 days from post marked delivery.

Contact thematerialgirl.boutique@gmail.com about returns and exchanges. Once the request is received, we will provide a return address. The customer is responsible for their own return shipment postage.

Please allow 7-10 business days after items have been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. All returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.

CONDITIONS:

• ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, NO DAMAGE/ STAINS AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED.
